Is my booking still going ahead?

Your booking will have been confirmed within 7 days of placing an order.

So long as you have received a booking confirmation, your booking will be going ahead.

The only reasons for bookings not going ahead are:-

  • You have not made any payments on time and have been advised of this
  • You have not completed ID verification and event forms in the final 4 weeks
  • You have requested to cancel

Additionally, nearer to the event if there was a last minute issue such as equipment not being returned to allow us to dispatch equipment to you.
