Returning Your Booth

  • Please complete this process in full to provide proof of return and condition

  • You can start completing the form, save and then return to complete the form

  • Please provide all photos required

  • Photos of the contents clearly showing how it has been packed

    The outside of the box to show clearly the box is sealed, undamaged, secure and has a return label firmly attached

    Photo of either the collection vehicle or drop off location + Photo of the collection/drop-off receipt from the courier

    IMPORTANT:
    By completing the return form below, should there be a loss or damage to the parcel this will help us prove you’ve taken all reasonable steps to ensuring the safe return of the equipment. Without providing this information you will be 100% responsible for all and any loss and/or damage without question.

Collection: will take place anytime between 8am-6pm on a working day (ie: Monday to Friday exc bank holiday)

Drop-off: Follow instructions provided on your email

 

If you fail to follow the process you could be responsible for the cost of replacement equipment, or late penalties.

 

Pictures of the following must be taken without fail for each return, these should be submitted on the form below.

Should there be a loss or damage to the parcel this will help us prove you’ve taken all reasonable steps to ensuring the safe return of the equipment.

 

If you have not followed the above you will be fully liable for any loss, damage or late return of equipment.

 

Please make sure you’ve fully checked the checkout report emailed to you on the day of dispatch, this will show the equipment condition, how it was packed and what items were sent.

 

Please ensure your booth is returned in a clean, undamaged condition. If any damage has occurred during your hire please let us know (email: [email protected]).

 

Your parcel must be fully sealed, secure and have a return label firmly attached. If the label is not one provided by the courier, please ensure your parcel reference number is written on the address label we’ve provided and take a photo of the courier barcoded label on the box.
